Hi Madam, I'm a serious Kovakkai(Ivy gourd) addict. After read your blog I tried to do this recipe. But unfortunately Kovakkai not available in local shops near to my home. After long search I order organic Ivy gourd from Myrightbuy Online Organic Store Chennai. Immediately I tried this recipe. Its really yummy and mouth watering during preparation. Thanks for sharing my favorite vegetable recipe. Keep posting.

      Sahana,
