  • Oil - 3 tblsp
  • Eggs - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  • When the oil is hot, crack open the egg and cook till it get golden on the bottom.
  • Remove and serve with toasted bread.
