Lacy Eggs , Crispy Eggs with step wise pictures

Delicious crispy fried eggs which has a crisp white layer with a creamy yellow yolk. Perfect for a toasted bread to dip into.

Eggs are such a versatile ingredient to have on hand. They taste delicious even when boiled, scrambled. But this lacy eggs are next level. The egg white gets nice and crispy and the yellow stays set and still creamy. Total yummo.

The eggs are fried in a hot oil till the white part gets nice and crispy. You can top this eggs over some toasted bread or noodles or even fried rice.
