Ingredients

Ladies Finger - 10 chopped
▢
Tomato - 3
▢
Green Chilli - 3 slit
▢
Curry leaves a handful
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
▢
Coriander powder - 2 tblsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
▢
Fennel seed powder - 1 tsp
FOR GRINDING:
▢
Coconut -¾ cup
▢
Small Onion / Shallot - 5 to 6
▢
Garlic - 3 cloves
FOR SEASONING:
▢
Coconut Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
▢
Curry leaves a handful
Instructions
▢
Take tomatoes in a earthernware pot. Add spice powders, chillies and curry leaves. Add salt and mix well. Crush tomatoes using your hands. Add water.

Now add in ladies finger and cook till it is cooked.
▢
Now add in the ground coconut masala and boil for 5 more mins.
▢
Take it off the heat.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves. Pour this over the kulambu and mix well.
▢
Serve.
