    Ingredients
      

    • Ladies Finger - 10 chopped
    • Tomato - 3
    • Green Chilli - 3 slit
    • Curry leaves a handful
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
    • Coriander powder - 2 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
    • Fennel seed powder - 1 tsp

    FOR GRINDING:

    • Coconut -¾ cup
    • Small Onion / Shallot - 5 to 6
    • Garlic - 3 cloves

    FOR SEASONING:

    • Coconut Oil - 2 tblsp
    • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
    • Curry leaves a handful

    Instructions
     

    • Take tomatoes in a earthernware pot. Add spice powders, chillies and curry leaves. Add salt and mix well. Crush tomatoes using your hands. Add water.
    • Now add in ladies finger and cook till it is cooked.
    • Now add in the ground coconut masala and boil for 5 more mins.
    • Take it off the heat.
    • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves. Pour this over the kulambu and mix well.
    • Serve.

    10)Bring it to a boil.

    14)Grind to a smooth paste

    15)Add it into the curry

    17)Cook for 2 to 4 mins
