Start by making coconut milk layer. Take agar agar and soak it in 1 cup coconut water water for 15 mins. Now heat till the agar agar is melted. Set aside.
Add sugar and coconut milk and mix well. Heat till it is warm. Set aside.
Now make coconut water layer. Take agar agar and soak in 2 cup coconut water for 15 mins. Now heat till it is melted.
Add sugar and mix well.
Pour ⅓ of the coconut milk in a glass tray and put it in fridge for 5 mins till it is half set.
Now add in coconut water layer and put it back in fridge for 5 to 10 mins.
Repeat this till the layers are repeated.
Finally chill this for 3 to 5 hours.
Now remove it and cut it into squares.
Serve.
