Can we substitute gelatin with agar agar?

Gelatin can be used as well. Use 1.5 tblspn of gelatin instead of china grass. Soak the gelatin in ½ cup of cold water for 10 mins, then heat gently till it is melted and use in the recipe.

How to Make Coconut Agar Agar Jelly

This coconut jelly has two layers.

You need tender coconut water,  coconut milk, sugar, agar agar and coconut flesh for the creamy coconut layer.

For clear coconut water layer you need tender coconut water, sugar and agar agar.
