1 tblspn Oil ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds / Kaduku 1 teaspoon Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu a pinch Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi 2 broken into small pieces Dry Red Chillies a sprig Curry leaves 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 2 tblspn Lemon Juice to taste Salt 2 cups Cooked Idiyappam
Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients given till turmeric powder and let them sizzle.
Add in lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Add in cooked idiyappam and mix well.
Serve.
