Mango Kulfi Recipe

Mango kulfi is a perfect summer refreshing dessert. Not only it is tasty but it is very easy to make as well.

Ingredients
  

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar - ¾ cup or as needed
  • Cornflour / Cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Ripe Mango Puree - 1.5 cup
  • Mango Essence or Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take ripe mangoes, peel it, chop it, take it in a blender and puree till smooth. Take cornflour in a bowl, add little water or milk and mix well. Set aside.
  • Take sugar and milk in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Boil it and reduce it for 15 mins.
  • Now add in cornflour and mix well. Cook till it comes to a boil.
  • Now take it off the heat and add in saffron and leave till the milk cools down.
  • After the milk is cold, add mango puree and mango essence.Mix well.
  • Pour it into kulfi mould or any mould, freeze.
  • Once frozen, insert toothpick and serve
