Instructions
▢
Preheat the oven to 160 Degree C / 320 Degree F.
▢
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and set aside.
▢
Take a square baking tray and grease it with butter. Sprinkle 50 gms of sugar over it.
▢
Arrange the sliced mango pieces over the sugar and set aside.
▢
Take butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat it till creamy. Add in egg and mix well.
▢
Pour in the pureed mangoes and mix well.
▢
Now add in the sifted flour mixture and mix well.
▢
Pour this over the mango arranged tray and bake it for 40-45 mins.
▢
Remove the tray from oven and let it cool for 10 mins.
▢
Invert it over a plate.
▢
Slice and serve with icecream.
