Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes - 4 large peeled and cubed
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Butter - 3 tblspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Take potatoes in a sauce pan, cover with water. Add a generous pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. once it boils, simmer the flame and cook till potatoes are tender.
  • Now drain them, take it in the same pan. Mash it with a potato masher.
  • Now in a sauce pan, take milk, cream, butter and warm it slightly.
  • Now pour this in the potatoes little by little and fold gently.
  • Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and fold gently.
  • Serve warm.
