Matar Tofu Recipe | Tofu Peas Masala (Curry Recipe)

Tofu peas curry also known as matar tofu is a vegan version of the classic North Indian matar paneer recipe. It is made with green peas and tofu instead of paneer. This homestyle version is lighter and less creamy than typical North Indian curries, which makes it healthier for everyday meals. It pairs wonderfully with rice, roti, naan, paratha or with jeera rice.
