Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Khoya / Mawa
  • ½ cup Sugar + extra for rolling
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Milk Optional

Instructions
 

  • Grate khoya, add it to a dry pan, roast till golden brown.
  • Now take it in a blender, add in sugar, cardamom powder and pulse few times. Add a splash of milk and pulse it.
  • Now remove it to a bowl. Take small portion and shape it into ball.
  • Roll it in sugar and set aside.
  • Serve.
