Makes : 15 peda
Grate khoya, add it to a dry pan, roast till golden brown.
Now take it in a blender, add in sugar, cardamom powder and pulse few times. Add a splash of milk and pulse it.
Now remove it to a bowl. Take small portion and shape it into ball.
Roll it in sugar and set aside.
|Take your khoya..i used instant 1 min khoya|
|now measure this in a cup|
|you need 2 cup of grated khoya|
|now take them in a nonstick pan|
|roast them on low heat|
|it will turn golden brown|
|now it has turned golden|
|now it is done|
|remove to a bowl|
|add in sugar|
|add in cardamom powder|
|mix well..if you can you can shape ball right from this..but my mix was too dry|
|so i added it in a blender..i also added a spoonful of milk|
|pulse few times|
|take small portion|
|roll it into a smooth ball|
|roll it in sugar|
