This is what i made using my 1 min instant khoya. Mathura ka peda is a popular North Indian sweet recipe, it is made in many ways. And this is how i make it. It is made using a mix of toasted khoya and sugar. So tasty and so easy.

Ingredients for Mathura Peda
- Unsweetened Khoya / Mawa - 2 cup (Recipe here)
- Sugar - ½ cup + extra for rolling
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1 tbsp (Optional)
How to Make Mathura Peda
- Grate khoya, add it to a dry pan, roast till golden brown.
- Now take it in a blender, add in sugar, cardamom powder and pulse few times. Add a splash of milk and pulse it.
- Now remove it to a bowl. Take small portion and shape it into ball.
- Roll it in sugar and set aside.
- Serve.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Unsweetened Khoya / Mawa

Instructions
