- Tomatoes - 4 large
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Green Chilli - 1 deseeded chopped finely
- Coriander leaves a handful chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice as needed
Take onion, lemon juice, salt, sugar, cumin powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside for 5 to 10 mins.
Take 3 tomatoes and chop it finely. Take one tomato and puree it.
Add it into the bowl, along with chilli and coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Serve with chips.
