Curd rice or thayir sadam is a popular recipe around the world. It is comforting and taste delicious. This millet curd rice is a healthy option for your regular rice. Instead of regular rice use millet in curd rice for more health.
Take millet in a bowl and wash well. Add it to pressure cooker and cover with water. Pressure cook for 2 whistle, simmer for 5 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam go all by itself. Open the cooker and mix well. Allow this to cool.
Now add curd, milk, salt and mix well.
Make seasoning by heating oil and adding all the seasoning ingredients and saute for a min. Add that to the curd rice and mix well.
Serve.
