Ingredients

Jowar / Sorghum / Cholam - 1 cup
▢
Whole Ragi / Finger Millet - 1 cup
▢
Kambu / Pearl Millet - 1 cup
▢
Whole Urad Dal - 1 cup
▢
Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam / Methi - ¾ tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Water as needed
Instructions
▢
Take all the ingredients except salt in a bowl and rinse well.
▢
Now cover with water and let it soak for 10 hours.
▢
Now drain it and rinse it well.
▢
Now take this in blender and puree till smooth
▢
Pour it into bowl, cover and leave it to ferment for 8 hours
▢
Now add salt and mix well.Add water as needed.
▢
Heat a tawa, make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides.
▢
Cook till golden, flip over and cook.
▢
Serve with chutney or s
