Jowar / Sorghum / Cholam - 1 cup Whole Ragi / Finger Millet - 1 cup Kambu / Pearl Millet - 1 cup Whole Urad Dal - 1 cup Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam / Methi - ¾ tsp Salt to taste Water as needed
Take all the ingredients except salt in a bowl and rinse well.
Now cover with water and let it soak for 10 hours.
Now drain it and rinse it well.
Now take this in blender and puree till smooth
Pour it into bowl, cover and leave it to ferment for 8 hours
Now add salt and mix well.Add water as needed.
Heat a tawa, make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides.
Cook till golden, flip over and cook.
