I had small amounts of millets lying in the pantry. So i decided to use them to create this dosa and decided to name it as 3 millet dosa. Since this dosa doesn’t have rice in them, i added little more urad dal to it. And the dosa turned out super delicious. It was soft and yummy.

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Soaking Time : 10 hours
Fermenting Time : 8 hours
Cooking Time : 1 min per dosa
Serves: 7 to 8
Ingredients:
Jowar / Sorghum / Cholam – 1 cup
Whole Ragi / Finger Millet – 1 cup
Kambu / Pearl Millet – 1 cup
Whole Urad Dal – 1 cup
Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam / Methi – 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Method:
Take all the ingredients except salt in a bowl and rinse well.
Now cover with water and let it soak for 10 hours. Now drain it and rinse it well.
Now take this in blender and puree till smooth.
Pour it into bowl, cover and leave it to ferment for 8 hours.
Now add salt and mix well.Add water as needed.
Heat a tawa, make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides. Cook till golden, flip over and cook.
Serve with chutney or sambar.
