Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Mixed Fruits I used apples, pineapple, pear, guava, green apple and cantaloupe
  • cups Milk I used low fat
  • 1 teaspoon Sabja or Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey

Instructions
 

  • Take fruits in a blender, add milk and make it into a smooth puree. If you want sweet, you can add sugar or honey to this. Now add more milk as needed and add in sabja seed. Mix well and set aside for 10 mins. Serve.
