3cupsMixed FruitsI used apples, pineapple, pear, guava, green apple and cantaloupe
1½cupsMilkI used low fat
1teaspoonSabja or Chia Seeds
1tablespoonSugar or Honey
Instructions
Take fruits in a blender, add milk and make it into a smooth puree. If you want sweet, you can add sugar or honey to this. Now add more milk as needed and add in sabja seed. Mix well and set aside for 10 mins. Serve.
