1 cup Split Yellow Moong Dal 1 tablespoon Whole Coriander Seeds 2 Green Chilli 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Salt to taste Oil for Deep Frying
Wash Moong dal in several changes of water . Soak it in water for 2 hours. Drain it and add in a blender.
Grind it till it is half done. Now add green chillies, coriander seeds, pepper and salt and grind into a slight coarse paste. Transfer into a bowl.
Heat oil for deep frying and drop a spoonful of this mixture in oil and fry till golden.
Drain it in a paper towel.
Serve with ketchup of any of chat chutneys..
