Delicious cream egg curry which taste amazing with pulao, roti or naan bread. This is not only easy to make but is super delicious and great for parties too.

Boiled eggs - 4 Onion - 2 large chopped Green Chillies - 3 Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp Oil - 3 tblsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Kasuri Methi Leaves - 2 tsp Cream - ½ cup Salt to taste Sugar - ½ tsp
Grind onions. ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
Heat oil and add the paste. Cook till raw smell leaves.
Add salt, garam masala and pepper and mix well.
Add water and boil covered for 10 mins till oil floats on top.
Add kasuri methi leaves and cream. Mix well.
Add boiled eggs and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
Serve
