Mughlai Egg Curry Recipe | Shahi Egg Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- Boiled eggs - 4
- Onion - 2 large chopped
- Green Chillies - 3
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
- Oil - 3 tblsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi Leaves - 2 tsp
- Cream - ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - ½ tsp
Instructions
- Grind onions. ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
- Heat oil and add the paste. Cook till raw smell leaves.
- Add salt, garam masala and pepper and mix well.
- Add water and boil covered for 10 mins till oil floats on top.
- Add kasuri methi leaves and cream. Mix well.
- Add boiled eggs and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
- Serve
