    Mughlai Egg Curry Recipe - Shahi Egg Curry Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Delicious cream egg curry which taste amazing with pulao, roti or naan bread. This is not only easy to make but is super delicious and great for parties too.

    Ingredients
      

    • Boiled eggs - 4
    • Onion - 2 large chopped
    • Green Chillies - 3
    • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
    • Oil - 3 tblsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    • Kasuri Methi Leaves - 2 tsp
    • Cream - ½ cup
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - ½ tsp

    Instructions
     

    • Grind onions. ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
    • Heat oil and add the paste. Cook till raw smell leaves.
    • Add salt, garam masala and pepper and mix well.
    • Add water and boil covered for 10 mins till oil floats on top.
    • Add kasuri methi leaves and cream. Mix well.
    • Add boiled eggs and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
    • Serve
