Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 6 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 1 medium size chopped finely Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 large chopped finely Tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped finely Green Bell pepper / Green Capsicum
  • ½ cup chopped finely Red Bell pepper / Red Capsicum
  • 2 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala Powder Recipe here
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Crack eggs in a bowl, season with salt and 1 teaspoon of pav bhaji masala powder. Whisk well and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
  • Add in onions, capsicum and fry for 1 mins. Add in ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.
  • Add in tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Add in 2 teaspoon of pav bhaji masala powder and butter and mix well.
  • Add in egg mix and scramble it as per your liking.
  • Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
