Nannari Roots - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 4 cups
Lemon Juice - 3 tblspn
For Juice:
Sarbath - 3 to 4 tblspn
Lemon Juice to taste
Cold Water - as needed
Instructions
Take nannari root and bash them and remove the center part.
Crush it lightly. Take it in a blender and crush it.
Now soak them in cold water overnight.
Drain the water and take it in a pot.
Add sugar and lemon juice and bring it to a boil. Boil this for 25 to 30 mins till syrupy.
Cool this and store it in a air tight bottle.
For making juice, take some syrup in a cup, add lemon juice, add cold water and serve.
Notes:
You can store the syrup in fridge for many months.
