Instructions
▢
Grind coconut, dry chillies, turmeric, green chillies, cumin seeds together to a smooth paste.
▢
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard, cumin, fenugreek and curry leaves.
▢
Add in mango and mix well.
▢
Add in tamarind water and mix well. Boil for 2 mins.
▢
Add in coconut masala and mix well.
▢
Add in fish and mix gently.
▢
Cook covered for 5 to 7 mins.
▢
Serve
Notes
Instead of green chillies, you can use dry red chillies.
If you are not using raw mangoes, use more tamarind.
I used anchovies, you can use any fish as you prefer.
