For Base: 20 Chocolate Cream Biscuits 50 grams Butter For Custard Filling: 1 cup + ¼ cup Milk 2 tablespoon Custard Powder 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder 1 cup chopped Dark Chocolate ½ cup Sugar For Topping: 1 cup Heavy Cream 1 tablespoon Confectioners Sugar
Start by making the base. take biscuits in a blender and powder finely.
Take it in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix well. Spoon most of this in a pan and flatten it.
Put this in fridge to set.Set aside some of this for topping.
Take custard powder, cocoa powder in a bowl and add in ¼ cup of milk and mix well. Set aside.
Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
Now add in the custard powder mix and whisk well. Whisk till creamy and thick. Remove it from heat and set aside to cool a bit.
Now whip up some cream with confectioners sugar till thick. Add half of the cream in the cooled custard mix and fold gently.
Now take base from fridge and spoon the custard mix over it. Spread evenly.
Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with the reserved topping.
Put this in fridge overnight.
Slice and serve.
