Ingredients
  

  • For Base:
  • 20 Chocolate Cream Biscuits
  • 50 grams Butter
  • For Custard Filling:
  • 1 cup + ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Custard Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup chopped Dark Chocolate
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • For Topping:
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Confectioners Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the base. take biscuits in a blender and powder finely.
  • Take it in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix well. Spoon most of this in a pan and flatten it.
  • Put this in fridge to set.Set aside some of this for topping.
  • Take custard powder, cocoa powder in a bowl and add in ¼ cup of milk and mix well. Set aside.
  • Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
  • Now add in the custard powder mix and whisk well. Whisk till creamy and thick. Remove it from heat and set aside to cool a bit.
  • Now whip up some cream with confectioners sugar till thick. Add half of the cream in the cooled custard mix and fold gently.
  • Now take base from fridge and spoon the custard mix over it. Spread evenly.
  • Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with the reserved topping.
  • Put this in fridge overnight.
  • Slice and serve.
