Ingredients
  

  • Oreo Cookies as needed to arrange over the crust
  • For Crust :
  • 12 to 15 Oreo Cookies
  • 50 grams Unsalted Butter melted
  • For Chocolate Mousse:
  • 1.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • ½ teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • For Topping:
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Take butter in a sauce pan and melt it down. Now take oreo cookies in a blender and powder them.
  • Take it in a bowl, pour in butter and mix well.
  • Spoon this into the serving dish and smoothen it evenly.
  • Now arrange oreo cookies over it.
  • Spread chocolate mousse over it.
  • Now melt dark chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl or over a double boiler and let it cool a bit.
  • Now pour this over the mousse and set it in fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Serve.
