No Churn Strawberry Icecream Recipe with step by step pictures. For this recipe you can use any type, but strawberries and raspberries works best.

- 20 medium size ones Strawberries
- 2 cup / 500 ml Cream I used amul 25% fat fresh cream
- 1 can / 400 grams Condensed Milk / Milkmaid
Take strawberries in a mixer and make it into a fine puree. Set aside.
Take cream and condensed milk in a bowl and use a beater to whip till thick.
Once it is thick, add in strawberries and fold gently.
Pour the mix into freezer safe containers and freeze overnight.
Next day scoop and serve.
