This is my no churn strawberry icecream which i made right after my success with no churn mango icecream. This is so easy to make and i loved it to the core..It turned out so creamy and tasty, you can call this as no churn strawberry icecream, eggless strawberry icecream, three ingredient strawberry icecream or strawberry icecream without icecream maker. Whatever you call, this icecream will be a hit in your family..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : nearly 1 liter

Ingredients:
Strawberries – 20 medium size ones
Cream – 2 cup / 500 ml ( I used amul 25% fat fresh cream)
Condensed Milk / Milkmaid – 1 can / 400 grams

Method:
Take strawberries in a mixer and make it into a fine puree. Set aside.
Take cream and condensed milk in a bowl and use a beater to whip till thick.
Once it is thick, add in strawberries and fold gently.
Pour the mix into freezer safe containers and freeze overnight.
Next day scoop and serve.

Pictorial:
Take your three ingredients

Step 1 – Take strawberries in a blender

Puree smoothly

Step 2 – Take chilled cream in a large bowl

Add in condensed milk..I used milkmaid

Use a beater to whip this, till it gets little thick

You dont have to whip till this forms peaks, as soon as it gets little thick, stop whisking

Add in the pureed strawberries

mix well

icecream done

Step 3 – Pour into container

cover it well

freeze

Step 4 – Scoop and serve
