    Summer is here, and it clearly says that it is the time to make homemade icecreams, milkshakes, juices and stuffs like that which you will keep you cool for a long time..

    Ingredients for No Churn Strawberry Icecream

    • Strawberries - 20 medium size ones
    • Cream - 2 cup / 500 ml ( I used amul 25% fat fresh cream)
    • Condensed Milk / Milkmaid - 1 can / 400 grams
     
    This is my no churn strawberry icecream which i made right after my success with no churn mango icecream. This is so easy to make and i loved it to the core..It turned out so creamy and tasty, you can call this as no churn strawberry icecream, eggless strawberry icecream, three ingredient strawberry icecream or strawberry icecream without icecream maker. Whatever you call, this icecream will be a hit in your family..

    How to Make No Churn Strawberry Icecream

    1. Take strawberries in a mixer and make it into a fine puree. Set aside.
    2. Take cream and condensed milk in a bowl and use a beater to whip till thick.
    3. Once it is thick, add in strawberries and fold gently.
    4. Pour the mix into freezer safe containers and freeze overnight.
    5. Next day scoop and serve.

    Ingredients

    No Churn Strawberry Icecream Recipe Step by Step

    Take your three ingredients
    Step 1 - Take strawberries in a blender
    Puree smoothly
    Step 2 - Take chilled cream in a large bowl
    Add in condensed milk..I used milkmaid
    Use a beater to whip this, till it gets little thick
    You dont have to whip till this forms peaks, as soon as it gets little thick, stop whisking
    Add in the pureed strawberries
    mix well
    icecream done
    Step 3 - Pour into container
    cover it well
    freeze
    Step 4 - Scoop and serve
    ENJOY
