Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Take flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Take butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, egg in a bowl and whisk till creamy.
Add in flour, oats, white chocolate chips and fold gently.
Now use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the pan, make a dent in the centre using your finger, fill it with jam and bake for 12 to 14 mins.
Remove it and cool it in the pan for 5 mins.,Then remove to a cooling rack and cool.
Store it in an air tight container.
Serve.
