Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu

teaspoon
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku

Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi

Curry leaves a sprig
▢
Salt to taste

+ ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi

Lemon Juice to taste

Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped

Instructions
▢
Take poha in a bowl. Add in water, salt, ½ teaspoon turmeric, lemon juice and mix well. Set aside.
▢
Now heat oil in a kadai. Add in peanuts and roast till golden. Add in mustard, urad dal, hing and mix well. Fry till it turns golden.
▢
Add in onions, curry leaves and green chilli. Add in little salt and sugar along with turmeric. Mix well.
▢
Now add in the poha and toss well. Once everything is heated up, add in coriander leaves and mix
▢
Mix well and serve.
