Onion Rava Dosa Recipe
Onion Rava Dosa is a popular breakfast option which is made using semolina, onion and wheat flour. The batter is made into a runny batter and made into crispy dosa.

Sooji / Rava - ½ cup Rice Flour - ½ cup Wheat Flour / Atta - ¼ cup Black Pepper - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves a handful Ginger - 2 teaspoon chopped finely Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely Onion - ½ cup chopped finely Coriander leaves a handful chopped finely Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for pan frying
Mix all ingredients except oil to a smooth batter. Let it sir for 10 mins.
Now add more water to make the batter very liquidy.
Now heat a dosa pan. Pour a ladleful of batter from a height so it forms lots of holes.
Now sprinkle onions and coriander leaves on top. Drizzle with oil and let it cook on medium flame till it crisp up.
Now fold and serve.
