2 cups Rice cooked 2 sliced Onion sliced 2 Green Chillies cut length wise 4 cloves Garlic sliced 1 sprig Curry leaves 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Heat oil in a wok or kadai.. Add mustard and cumin seeds in it and let it pop..
Add garlic and let it get fried. Now add curry leaves in it.
Throw in your green chillies along with onions and mix well.
Add turmeric and salt and mix well. Let this cook for 5 mins until translucent and cooked.
Add the cooked rice in this and mix well. Stir everything for 5 mins so that it gets heated through.
Add lemon juice and give a final mix.
Serve hot or put in lunch box for kids.
