Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • 2 sliced Onion sliced
  • 2 Green Chillies cut length wise
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok or kadai.. Add mustard and cumin seeds in it and let it pop..
  • Add garlic and let it get fried. Now add curry leaves in it.
  • Throw in your green chillies along with onions and mix well.
  • Add turmeric  and salt and mix well. Let this cook for 5 mins until translucent and cooked.
  • Add the cooked rice in this and mix well. Stir everything for 5 mins so that it gets heated through.
  • Add lemon juice and give a final mix.
  • Serve hot or put in lunch box for kids.
