Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Plain Flour) + Extra for coating onions
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • ¾ cup Milk +extra as needed
  • 2 large Onions
  • Oil for Deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Take flour, baking soda, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix it well.
  • Now pour in milk and mix well. The batter should be little thick, but not too thick or too thin. Place the batter in fridge for 30 mins.
  • Now peel your onions and cut them into thick rings. Separate each onion rings from it.
  • You can use the leftover inside of the onions for curries.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Now take each onion rings and coat them with plain flour. Now dip each onions in batter and coat them well in the batter.
  • Fry the onions in hot oil till golden. Drain onto paper towels.
  • Serve with mayo.
