Quick and easy chutney recipe made using onions and tomatoes. This goes well with idli or dosa. You can enjoy with any tiffin recipe too.

- Gingelly Oil - 2 tblsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
- Dry Red Chilli - 1
- Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Tomatoes - 2 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
- Water as needed
- Sugar - 1 tsp
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and dry red chillies.
Add in garlic, onions and saute for a min.
Add in salt and mix well.
Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Add in chilli powder and mix well.
Add little water, sugar and mix well.
Cook for 4 to 5 mins till the mix thickens,
Serve with idli or dosa.
