    Quick and easy chutney recipe made using onions and tomatoes. This goes well with idli or dosa. You can enjoy with any tiffin recipe too.

    Fast and easy chutney chutney or pachadi recipe. This taste so good with pongal, it taste so good with poori or chapati too.

    Ingredients
      

    • Gingelly Oil - 2 tblsp
    • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
    • Dry Red Chilli - 1
    • Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
    • Onion - 1 chopped finely
    • Tomatoes - 2 chopped finely
    • Salt to taste
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
    • Water as needed
    • Sugar - 1 tsp

    Instructions
     

    • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and dry red chillies.
    • Add in garlic, onions and saute for a min.
    • Add in salt and mix well.
    • Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
    • Add in chilli powder and mix well.
    • Add little water, sugar and mix well.
    • Cook for 4 to 5 mins till the mix thickens,
    • Serve with idli or dosa.
