Onion Tomato Pachadi Recipe
Ingredients
- Gingelly Oil - 2 tblsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
- Dry Red Chilli - 1
- Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Tomatoes - 2 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
- Water as needed
- Sugar - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and dry red chillies.
- Add in garlic, onions and saute for a min.
- Add in salt and mix well.
- Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
- Add in chilli powder and mix well.
- Add little water, sugar and mix well.
- Cook for 4 to 5 mins till the mix thickens,
- Serve with idli or dosa.

15)Simmer for 5 mins
