- 2 cup Homemade Curd / Yogurt
- 1 large peeled and chopped finely Onion
- 1 small chopped Tomato
- 1 chopped finely Green chillies
- 3 tablespoon chopped finely Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon chopped finely Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Take onions in a bowl, add in salt, sugar and lemon juice in it and mix well using your hands. Massage it for 2 mins.
Leave the onions to rest for 5 mins.
Add in green chillies. tomatoes and coriander leaves and mix well.
Add in curd and mix well.
Serve with biryani..
