Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup / 120 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 1 cup / 200 grams Brown Sugar
  • 120 grams melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
  • 15 crushed roughly Oreo Cookies
  • ¾ cup M&M's
  • My 1 cup measures 240 ml

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 15 cm square pan with parchment paper and grease lightly
  • Take melted cooled butter in a bowl, add in sugar and whip till creamy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add in flour, oreo and mix well.
  • Spoon this in a parchment lined pan and spread evenly. Top with m&m's and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  • Remove it and cool completely.
  • Cut into bar and serve.
