Aarthi, I tried this today using demerara sugar and the outcome was like that of an unrisen cake. Is it supposed to be crunchy or chewy and cakey? I baked at 180 for approx 25 mins and when i found it slightly on the softer side, baked for 8 mins more. Taste was good.
