First start with potatoes. Blanch potato wedges in salted boiling water for 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan, add in unpeeled garlic and potatoes. Cook till golden on all sides.
Now add in salt, oregano and chilli flakes and toss well. Now it is done.
Now make mushrooms.Heat butter in a pan, add in garlic and shallots and cook till golden.
Add in mushrooms and cook till golden.
Now add in salt and pepper to taste along with cream and parsley. Mix well. Now it is done.
Take chicken breast and bash them lightly so it gets even thickness.
Now season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan, place chicken in it and cook for 3 mins on one side, flip over and cook for couple of mins.
Now remove it to a clean place.
In the same pan add in garlic and shallots and cook till golden.
Now add in thyme and water. Add in lemon juice and mix well.
Place chicken back in and add butter. Now cook covered on a low heat for 8 t 10 mins.
Add parsley and mix well.
Serve with potatoes and mushrooms..
