Ingredients
- Brinjal - 1 sliced thinly
- Capsicum - 1 sliced thinly
- Oil - 4 tblspn
- Panch Phoron Spice Mix - 2 tsp Recipe here
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add in panch phoron spice mix and let them sizzle.
- Add in brinjal and toss well. Cook it for few mins till it gets golden. It will take around 7 to 8 mins.
- Add in capsicum now, add in turmeric powder and salt and mix well.Cook this for 5 to 7 mins.
- Now add in chilli powder and mix well. cook for few mins
- Serve with rice.
