Ingredients
  

  • Oil - 3 to 4 tblspn
  • Paneer - 200 grams cubed
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1 large chopped finely
  • Tomato - 2 chopped finely
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tblspn
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cornflour - 2 tsp
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add paneer and fry till golden brown. Remove it to a bowl and set aside.
  • Mix cornflour with milk and set aside.
  • In the same oil add cumin and let it sizzle. Add onions and fry till golden. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy. Add salt and turmeric.
  • Now add in all spice powders and water and cook till raw smell leaves from it.
  • Now add in paneer and mixwell. Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add water and milk mix and mix well.
  • Simmer for 5 mins.
  • Serve.
