    Paneer Milk Curry is a delicious paneer curry made using milk. This is a healthy alternative to paneer butter masala. Serve it with roti along with some paneer jalfrezi.

     

    Paneer Milk Curry Recipe

    This is fast to make and taste yummy with chapati or poori or bhaturas..Its been a while since I shared any paneer recipes, so I decided to make this quick fix curry and share it with you all.

    How to Make Paneer Milk Curry

    • Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add paneer and fry till golden brown. Remove it to a bowl and set aside.
    • Mix cornflour with milk and set aside.
    • In the same oil add cumin and let it sizzle. Add onions and fry till golden. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy. In goes salt and turmeric.
    • Now add in all spice powders and water and cook till raw smell leaves from it. 
    • Add in paneer and mix well. Sprinkle little sugar and mix well.
    • Add water and milk mix and mix well.
    • Simmer for 5 mins.
    • Serve.

    Paneer curry with a addition of milk makes it creamy. This paneer masala taste similar to paneer butter masala without cream.

    Ingredients

    • Oil - 3 to 4 tblspn
    • Paneer - 200 grams cubed
    • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    • Onion - 1 large chopped finely
    • Tomato - 2 chopped finely
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Coriander Powder - 1 tblspn
    • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Milk - 1 cup
    • Cornflour - 2 tsp
    • Water as needed

    Instructions

    • Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add paneer and fry till golden brown. Remove it to a bowl and set aside.

    Paneer Milk Curry with Step by Step Pictures

    Prepare all your ingredients

     

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan

     

    add paneer

     

    fry till golden

     

    drain and set aside

     

    add corn flour to milk and mix well

     

    set aside

     

    in the same oil

     

    add cumin 

     

    add onions

     

    fry till golden

     

    add tomatoes

     

    add salt and turmeric

     

    mix well

     

    now it is all cooked well

     

    keep cooking till tomatoes turn mushy

     

    add chilli, coriander, cumin and garam masala powder

     

    add little water

     

    cook everything till oil separates

     

    add sugar

     

    add paneer

     

    mix well

     

    add milk mix

     

    add extra water and simmer for 5 mins..done

     

    Serve

      Can i use freesed panerr directly or is put paneer in hot water before make cubes
