7 to 8 Dry Red Chilli 10 Kashmiri Red Chilli ¼ cup Coriander Seeds / Malli 10 to 12 Cloves 2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam 1.5 tablespoon Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf 5 cm big piece Cinnamon / Pattai 4 Black Cardamom 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi 2 tablespoon Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder
Take all the ingredients except the powdered spices in a heavy bottom pan and roast on low heat for 7 to 10 mins
Now add in turmeric and amchoor powder. Mix for 30 sec.
Remove this to a plate and let it cool down.
Now take this in a blender and powder it.
Store this in a air tight container for over a month and in fridge for more than 6 months.
