Ingredients for Homemade Pav Bhaji Masala
- Dry Red Chilli - 7 to 8
- Kashmiri Red Chilli - 10
- Coriander Seeds / Malli - ¼ cup
- Cloves - 10 to 12
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1.5 tbsp
- Cinnamon / Pattai - 5 cm big piece
- Black Cardamom - 4
- Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tbsp
- Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder - 2 tbsp
This is my version of this universal powder and i have many recipes coming up using this powder. You can easily buy them in super market these days. But i am telling you, just make it at home and you will never go back to store bought stuffs..
How to Make Homemade Pav Bhaji Masala
- Take all the ingredients except the powdered spices in a heavy bottom pan and roast on low heat for 7 to 10 mins
- Now add in turmeric and amchoor powder. Mix for 30 sec.
- Remove this to a plate and let it cool down.
- Now take this in a blender and powder it.
- Store this in an air tight container for over a month and in fridge for more than 6 months.

Ingredients
