- Instant Oats - ½ cup
- Roasted Peanuts - ¾ cup
- Peanut Butter - ½ cup
- Dates - 12 to 15
- Sunflower Seeds - 3 tblspn
- Flax Seeds Powder - 2 tblspn
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease a 15 cm square pan with oil. You can line it with parchment paper or foil and grease it with some oil.
Take flax seed powder in a bowl, add in 3 tablespoon of warm water and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins.
Take peanuts, oats, peanut butter, dates, sunflower seeds in a blender and crush them coarsely.
Remove them to a bowl, add in flax seed mix, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips and mix well till it forms a dough.
Spoon this into the pan and flatten it gently.
Bake this for 30 to 35 mins until golden.
Remove it and cool it completely.
Slice and serve. This can be stored in fridge for a week.
