Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bars Recipe
I always love to have some healthy snacks at home, because if I started craving for something to eat, my first preference would be for deep fried or fatty stuffs. Of course I love those to eat, but sometimes I feel a little guilty in eating that. This has been my latest addiction. It is packed with goodness and taste so yummy.
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Energy Bars
- Instant Oats - ½ cup
- Roasted Peanuts - ¾ cup
- Peanut Butter - ½ cup
- Dates - 12 to 15
- Sunflower Seeds - 3 tblspn
- Flax Seeds Powder - 2 tblspn
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup

How to Make Peanut Butter Energy Bars Recipe
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease a 15 cm square pan with oil. You can line it with parchment paper or foil and grease it with some oil.
- Take flax seed powder in a bowl, add in 3 tbsp of warm water and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins.
- Take peanuts, oats, peanut butter, dates, sunflower seeds in a blender and crush them coarsely.
- Remove them to a bowl, add in flax seed mix, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips and mix well till it forms a dough.
- Spoon this into the pan and flatten it gently.
- Bake this for 30 to 35 mins until golden.
- Remove it and cool it completely.
- Slice and serve. This can be stored in fridge for a week.
