This Recipe Measurements Fits for a standard 8 or 9 inch Pie dish. In the Step by Step pictures and Video I have used 4 inch small pie plate. So I have halved the original recipe.
For 8 inch Pie Dish
- 1 batch Basic Shortcrust Pastry
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter (100 grams)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Corn Syrup or Liquid Glucose
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 Egg
- 2 cups Pecans
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
For 4 inch Pie Dish
- ½ batch Basic Shortcrust Pastry
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter (50 grams)
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ cup Corn Syrup or Liquid Glucose
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Pecans
