Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 small finely chopped Onion
  • 5 cloves finely chopped Garlic
  • 2 finely chopped Green Chillies
  • Curry leaves a sprig
  • 1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • Take gobi in a sauce pan, cover it with water. Add salt and turmeric powder and cook for 8 to 10 mins till gobi is cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients for batter to a smooth paste. Chill it till use. Now dip the drained cooked gobi in this and coat it well, now fry this in hot oil till it is golden, drain in paper towel.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions, garlic, chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a min.
  • Add in salt and sugar. Mix well. Add in soy sauce and mix well.
  • Add in fried gobi and toss well. Add in pepper powder and toss well.
  • Serve with fried rice.
