Pinacolada Popsicles Recipe
Super creamy pineapple popsicle which has coconut milk in them. The coconut milk adds nice tropical twist and gives you a taste of hawaai. This popsicle is inspired from a popular drink pinacolada.
Ingredients
- Pineapple - 1 cup cubed
- Coconut Milk - ½ cup
- Sugar - to taste
- Coconut Extract - few drops optional
Instructions
- Take everything in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Pour it in popsicle mould. Freeze overnight.
- RUn the mould under tap water.
- Unmould.
- Serve.
